LIVE events and logs

Check the messages, gifts and other events you receive and why you performed or skipped a reaction.

Status of descriptions:

First run

  1. Step 1

Connect LIVE and open the event view or logs of the tool of interest.

  2. Step 2

Find the latest event and check its platform and type.

  3. Step 3

Compare the event with the tool's response: alert threshold, timer change, or TTS entry.

  4. Step 4

If you report a problem, please save the help code, time and description of the expected action.

Broadcast example

The gift appears in events, but the alert has not been displayed. This narrows down the checking to the rule, thresholds, queue and overlay source, rather than treating any lack of response as a lack of connection to the platform.

Action and possibilities

Event stream

Entries indicate the platform, viewer, type, time, and available event values. You can compare the input with the tool's response.

Diagnosis

The alert and error history helps you distinguish between a missing event and an incorrect threshold, disabled rule, cooldown, or sound source problem.

Administration assistance

The error message has a description and, when available, a help code. You can check the history in help and by talking to the administration. Solving the cause is not just about hiding the notification.

When something doesn't work

The message you are looking for is not in the logs

Check the connection time and platform source. The tool's history may cover a different scope than the full platform chat.
