Stores of sounds, GIFs and images

Store your own materials and use a selection of external sources when configuring tools.

Status of descriptions:

First run

  1. Step 1

Open a music, GIF or image storage appropriate for the material.

  2. Step 2

Add a file that meets your plan limit. For short audio, select the fragment you want to use.

  3. Step 3

Check the image preview or listen to the sound and save the material.

  4. Step 4

Return to the alert, soundboard, or other feature and assign the saved file by selecting from storage.

Broadcast example

You trim a short statement to an alert effect and save it to the magazine. You can later also select this material in the soundboard. Removing a file from the library may affect the rules that use it.

Action and possibilities

Three warehouses

Sounds, animated GIFs and PNG/JPG have separate places. File number, size and length limits are shown when adding and vary by plan.

Audio trimming

With your own sound, you can select a fragment. The audio material limit is 15 seconds for Streamer and 25 seconds for Pro. This does not apply to the length of full songs in the music queue.

Free selection and online sources

In the selection window, you can switch your own storage to available sources, search for a resource and check preview or listening. An external link does not mean that the file has been copied to your storage.

Assigning materials

Save the selected image or sound to a specific alert rule, soundboard, or other supported location. Removing material may impact configurations that use it. Availability and rights to external content depend on its source.

When something doesn't work

The file is not being added

Check the format, size, length and number of materials in the plan. The stock audio short limit is not the queue song length limit.

The material from the Internet stopped working

Check its source address and availability. The external material depends on the supplier and the conditions of its use.
